Revson Posted March 6, 2013 Report Share Posted March 6, 2013 I'm finally in the 1000lb club with my big 3 lifts. With my previous deadlift PR from a few months ago I was 5lbs short going into today, so I decided to screw the prescribed lifts and set a new 1RM. In the last 2 sessions I've set new PR's on each lift: 240lb bench, 350lb squat, and 415lb deadlift and I did it all in the comfort of my garage. Now to hit 1100lbs.......
