ICB Posted March 6, 2013 Report Share Posted March 6, 2013 I did a max chase for my dead lift today, and adding 20 pounds after each set brought me to a max of 195. 195? No way I could let that go without a nice round number on it. Today was my first 200-pound deadlift! Link to comment
