I do judo, football (soccer) and badminton so I have good stamina. However I lack muscular strength and power. I plan to do 3x10 pull-ups, 50 push-ups and 3x15 dips by September. My diet will be 70% Paleo, and I will workout three times a week, amidst my sports. Currently, I am 5"7 and 110 pounds. (I told you I was skinny)Anyway, if anyone has any tips feel free to share. It's 2 weeks in but you could start now and that group would probably be the most helpful if you want to bulk up. Running goal - Dopey Challenge 2015Training to complete an Ironman by 2017.
