dtrumbower Posted March 8, 2013 Report Share Posted March 8, 2013 After injuring my arm a few years ago, I couldn't do pull ups. Got tired of pain in my left arm. Started weight training again in Nov to get stronger and loose a few inches in the gut. Today I was able to do 2 sets of 5, wide pull-ups for the first time in years again. It feels great. It's amazing how easy chin-ups were after 1 month, but it took a while for the pull-ups to get easier. For those that are trying, keep on trying. You will succeed. Link to comment
