What does 200 calories look like?

Hi guys! I came across this in my internet travels. I'm not sure if you've seen it already, but it was kind of neat. A photographer did a series about what various foods look like in quantites of 200 calories.

I particularily enjoyed the pile of super broccolli. As someone who uses it as a filling snack everyday, I have to say, "Looks about right."

That makes me chuckle. God I love broccoli. ... makes me sad broccoli doesn't love me

Some of those were surprising to me (the balsamic, hershey's kisses and peanut butter, in particular).

 

Good God, that's a big pile of celery.
