1 full pushup

Recommended Posts

I managed one standard pushup today, hands and feet flat on the floor, in spite of a workout feeling generally crappy and weak.

That may not sound like much, but for someone who does most of her pushups with hands on a bench, it's progress.

Also, my car hit 198,000 miles today. I'm so proud of that car, and I'm going to miss her so much when I move.

Congrats! It may not feel like much now, but you're only building your strength until you can do more.

I couldn't do pull-ups for the longest time, so I started out doing negative pull-ups to build my strength up until I could do an actual pull-up and went from there.

Stick with it, you can do it! :)

That's awesome! I still remember when I hit 1 pushup. It's a great feeling. Congrats!

Congrats! I am still doing all of mine against the kitchen counters. Can't yet do them as real ones but I am doing something. "we don't care where you start only where you are going" :-)
