Chris T Posted March 12, 2013 Report Share Posted March 12, 2013 Hi. I heard about this site on a podcast today. And, I thought I'd check it out. Over the past few years I've dropped about 60lbs with a combination of Weight Watchers, running, and circuit training. As I get older (47) I'm finding I need to switch things up. Right now I'm lifting two times a week, taking acircuit classes two times a week, and adding some road or treadmill time. I'm also trying to back off on the carbs. Chris Link to comment
