Introducing Myself!

Hello everyone!

 

I decided to join NF to actually make me stick to my workout goals...let's hope it helps!

 

Basic info:

I'm a not-too-out-of-shape college junior, standing (on the short side of) 5'10'' and 172 lbs. I used to play a bit of lacrosse in high school, but academics caught up with me in college and I ended up making a LOT of excuses for myself. I managed to get pretty in shape at the end of last summer, then let it fall by the wayside when I got back to school in the fall. It was the best I've felt physically in my life, and I'm trying to get back to that point to start. After that? Who knows!

I force myself to walk on the treadmill while reading for school. Can't stop studying until I reach my mileage, can't stop walking until I finish the chapter, it works both ways.

Running goal - Dopey Challenge 2015

Training to complete an Ironman by 2017. I can swim .5, bike 112, and run 26.2, separately.
