bigm141414
My constant workout companion of over 18 months has finally reached his end. I am, of course, talking about my daily workout journal. He's been with my since July of 2011. Heh, just look at this first workout! How far I have come! Hadn't even dead lifted yet! Compare to the final page So many memories to look back through: my first DL, my first time running a 5k without stopping, my first time dropping a pants size, my first time dropping below 200lbs, my PRs and huge lifting milestones. This guy will be placed proudly on my bookshelf to be flipped through when I need that extra little motivation to keep me going. Here's to filling up a new notebook!
