Nomad Jay
Today on a whim, I attempted an L-pull-up. To my great surprise I was able to do 3 sets of three in a neutral grip. Admittedly my legs wavered to about 80-degrees on the last one, but even being able to do one with perfect form was something I thought beyond my capabilities. I-Jo
That's kick ass- I struggle with getting my legs up there despite my abnormally ridiculous control of my lower abs- it's embarrassing actually it's on mmy "to do" list. That's really fantastic- keep working it!!! Link to comment
