Darkryft
Today, for the first time ever in my life, I covered a distance of one mile in less than 15 minutes. Even in high school where it was required, I got an exemption because I was too big and it would have been considered hazardous to try and make me do it. Link to comment

Darkryft
Yes it is. If you had said something to me a month ago about completing a mile in 15 minutes or less, I'd have said "Okay...maybe in a year." A little dedication does wonders. Link to comment

Darkryft
Building on this success, I've now done a 15:00 mile 3 times. Saturday I was feeling a little under the weather so I walked a little slower, but longer. I'm going to keep doing 15:00 miles until they are easy. Right now they are pretty difficult.
