Out of shape in the North

Hey all,

 

I'm on a mission to make myself more healthy.  My dad had a heart attack last year (a small one, he's still around and doing fine) and it was an eye opener for me.  I tried leading a more healthy lifestyle, but not much changed.  So I started tracking my diet and exercise about 2 weeks ago.  Now that I have some baseline data, its time to start making some real, effective changes.  

 

I ended up here after checking out the beginner calisthenics routine and it looks like a decent community, so I signed up. 

*Edit - I use MFP and Endomondo to track my habits.
