Good Day,

 

I am Rv I (Rv the 1st), Son of Rey, King of House Acosta, Duke of NS, Duke of the Kingdom of Acosta through the descendants of Mariano of Ilocos Norte , i hail from the country of Philippines, in the land called Davao where we speak a language called bisaya. I am Ruler of the village of Greenheights, Commander of the Armies of Ecoland, General of the 4th Legion of Sibling Alliance,  Adventurer and first time weightlifter.

 

I pledge allegiance to the Rebellion and am open to advice, workout plans, diets and knowledge.

 

Here are some facts you should know about me:

- avid fan of Star Wars, Star Trek, Medieval stuff, hierarchy, Ranks, Army Stuff, History, Online games, Adventure time, and a lot more. 

 

Goal:

- to have a good and healthy lifestyle

- learn more about fitness and bodybuilding

- do a pull up/chin up

- get addicted to the gym

- be lean and healthy

- attain 10% body fat percentage

- be confident enough to take shirt off in front of the Ladies

- jump of a 3-storey high cliff

- graduate college

- fall in love

- be successful

- marry the most beautiful girl in the world

- have lovely kids

- die happy

 

I just started going to the gym on March 4, 2013 and i've been working out ever since  i look forward for suggestions, knowledge and facts about weightlifting which i am so clueless of.
