nightlight
help! i've got crazy leg cramps. specifically, hamstring, calf, and whatever is on the top side of your ankle going down to your foot. i was trying to do this MWOD: , and as soon as my knee hit the floor, and my calf got even an inch closer to my hamstring, my hamstring just cramped up. i also get calf/foot cramps in the middle of the night. i thought this could be potassium deficiency, but i've eaten 3 bananas this week, and that usually does the trick. anyone have any suggestions? Altair
It's usually potassium deficiency for me as well that causes those awful calf cramps (I call those charley-horses). Try drinking a lot more water too and taking in less sodium. Also, try eating 2 bananas per day instead of 3 per week. Sometimes, though, just hard exercise alone will cause a charley-horse. CokeCanNinja
I use to get those, then I drank more water and they went away. Quote Nerd? We prefer the term INTELLECTUAL BADASS!!! Link to comment
