Question on straight leg dumbbell deadlifts

None at first.

 

Before loading it you want to first get good at using your butt to do the movement, not your back.  Less load and higher reps will help to figure out which muscles are working and which ones aren't.  If you're doing it right, your butt and upper hamstrings should burn long before any other muscles get all that fatigued.
