mandy75
I finally managed correct form with a little weight. Normally, when I would try and overhead squat with anything more than a PVC pipe, I couldn't get more than a 1/4 squat and couldn't hold more than the training bar overhead. Today I got perfect form with 45lbs, but could only do 3 at a time. Now that I have the form down, time to work on the strength. I injured my shoulder last year, doing a lat pull down with too heavy of a weight, and holding weight over my head in a wide grip is difficult but it's getting better. Slow and steady will win the race! 1 Rep Max Deadlift-180lbs1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk-90lbs1 Rep Max Push Press-70lbs1 Rep Max Back Squat-135lbs1 Rep Strict Press-65lbsFitocracy2 weeks till Hawaii Link to comment
