terrormortus Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 So I've been doing box jumps at my gym, and there is even a box they have there that suits it pretty well. it's set up to measure one by one and a half by two feet and till today I haven't been able to manage to do the 2 foot side. Till today. Decided that I was going to do it today and I did, five times in a row with perfect balance. What made it even better was the shocked face on the other guy there.
