New to the forums...

Hey everyone, stumbled upon this blog about a month ago and really enjoy Steves articles... just looking to become an active member of the community, find usefull tips, and stay motivated during those tough times.

 

Im currently 206 and looking to get down around 14% bodyfat.. I have struggled with my weight for about 10 years now... always up and down I have been ripped, been slim, and overall healthy a couple times... felt like I looked the best when I was ripped...

 

When I started back on this weight loss journey I was around 235 the heaviest I have ever been. So I have been making some excellent progress losing around 30 lbs in a month.  Throughout the course I have had my slip ups, but overall I would label it a success and would definetly love for it to continue and change my overall lifestyle for the rest of my life instead of this yo-yo garbage...
