Stats: 51 yo male, 5'6", 190 lbs, new hip in June 2013. Married, my beautiful bride and I have a lovely 10 yo daughter. I used to be a 155 lbs well muscled guy until four years of chronic hip pain and opioids sidelined me. Now it's time to get the muscle back and shed the fat. For the past month I've been slowly changing my diet, bye-bye 9 PM sugary bedtime snack, and visiting the gym faithfully every weekday. Weight training on M, W, F, and a medicine ball core workout T & TH. I hope to add weights to the barbell soon I've signed up for the six week challenge starting April 15th and hope to see a lot of other Newbies there. =Greylox=Level 4 Ranger STR=10, DEX=8, STA=8, CON=12, WIS=12, CHA=10 As long as your mistakes are new ones you can claim you’re making progress.
