First woot is a twofer!

SO... I thought I was going to have an awful workout. I got to the gym and realized that I'd forgotten my sports bra. Cue aggravated workout start. Well, until as I was putting more weight on the bar I noticed something in the mirror. The hamstring muscle bump!!!! I'm not getting anywhere with my weight loss goals, and my measurements aren't changing even a little it seems like, but it is a little victory!! I swear it is hiding right there on my right leg right up front in the image. I swear it is really there.  :nevreness:

The most important part though, is that that little victory led to something even more awesome. A one rep max of 185lbs. AKA, a bodyweight deadlift for me!!! I'm so so so so so happy right now. I love it when a crap workout turns around.
