DCRangerista Posted April 5, 2013 Report Share Posted April 5, 2013 Hi Everyone, Longtime Nerd Fitness reader recommitting to getting in shape for the last time (it's gonna stick this time so no need to "re" commit in the future). My goals are to get fast and strong. I've been a runner for several years, but I want to pair that with getting stronger as well. I plan to rotate running and doing the angry birds workout for six days a week, then take one rest day. I'm on day three so far and am going to enter and continue through the next six week challenge, then probably set some new goals. I'm doing a slightly modified paleo (one cheat meal a week so that I don't fixate on all the things I can't have - I just have to wait until Saturday). Thanks in advance for the love fellow Rebels!
