JakeJoh10 Posted April 20, 2013 Report Share Posted April 20, 2013 My two favorite ways to minimize soreness are foam rolling (pre and post workout) and contrast showers. Also, if I'm sore in the morning, I foam roll, stretch, and go for a quick walk to get some blood flow. I find that this minimizes soreness so that I don't have to deal with it throughout the day.
