Leah Posted April 9, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 9, 2013 Hi Athena.My first goal of running, well I know I can run 10 km, but its been 6mths, so as a kick start I want to be able to do 5 km within 35 min so it will be two runs a week - wk1 1km / 1km, then wk 2 1km/2km etc, etcGoal 2- I do skipping twice a week with Thai boxing but can never quite go the distance, so I will need to up the ante with one more skip a weekGoal 3 - I have slight wheat intolerance which makes it easier, but I also have trouble with temptation then feel horrid after eating it, so it is definitely a will power goal to say no and check ingredient lists Link to comment
