JustAStudent Posted April 12, 2013 Report Share Posted April 12, 2013 I did the C25k Week 4 podcast today for the second time after doing my first yesterday (which was supposed to be a rest day, but I just had to do something!). After completing it once, I still felt pretty fresh so thought why not do it again, knowing that if it was too much I could stop before the end. Well... I did it! 16 minutes in each podcast for a total of 32 minutes. Since I only started running 2 weeks ago I'm very pleased with that, although I did have a bit of a cardio base beforehand so could whiz through the first couple of weeks. I really want to move on to week 5, but should probably do once more through week 4 to make sure I'm ready. To cut a long story short...32 minutes, whoop!
