1fever Posted April 4, 2011 Report Share Posted April 4, 2011 Very nice... but some unsolicited advice...on squats and deadlifts you never want your shoulders farther forward then your knees at anypoint during the lift...it can cause major lower back issues and you may fall which is very bad...good luck and squats/deadlifts are what getcha huge!!! Oh and to piggy back on Gowaduv if you are feeling fiesty do a squat thrust, which is a squat to over head press, the bar should traverse the front of your face not the back of your head, they are my favorite. PaulRein Posted April 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 4, 2011 Yeah, I know my form is bad in the picture, it was just enough time on the self-timer to run forward, un-rack the bar and squat, not get into proper form. I did just that one squat at the time anyway so it didn't hurt anything. Unfortunately I can't do Overhead Press anymore, as I passed 40 kg I noticed that the ceiling is too low, I can't achieve lock-out anymore. So, I'm forced to do Seated Overhead Press nowadays.
