I'm also looking forward to joining the six-week challenge. I like challenging myself... but I'm used to doing mental challenges. Physical challenges haven't been on the menu since I was a kid. Can't wait to find out if I'm up to it! Gotta say, my favorite part of this site is the idea of questioning everything and getting down into the research!
