Denny
About a month ago I couldn't do a single pull-up, today I decided to try again at the gym and I managed to do 4 full range pull-ups and 2 chin-ups on my first try. HawkAndRoll
Nice work, Denny! That's a huge success. I, too, am trying to improve on my pull-up ability. It's a carryover goal from the march challenge into the april/may challenge. Let's push eachother. Keep up the great work. Hawk Quote Link to comment
