I Did It! Finally!

I having been trying to do pullups for over a month now. 

 

Lifting heavy on back day, and working negatives, assisted, and almost gave up. It seemed like I would never

be able to do even one.  I would just hang there like dead weight.

 

That is one of my challenge goals.

 

I listed 2 sets of 3 pullups.

 

I think now I should change it.

 

Because today I did 3 sets of 2 pullups!

 

I didn't even expect it.  I thought I would just hang there and struggle as usual.  But I didn't.

 

I raised myself up.  Then down,  Then up again.

 

 I don't know how because yesterday I couldn't even do one.

 

Maybe it's a mental thing.

 

BUT it doesn't matter................because I did it!

 

I feel like a 52 year old badass!

Just as Steve said. You reached the goal - so lets continue to the next challenge ^_^

YAY good for you.

 

Yeah- it's one of those things- where you just have to REALLY wake those muscles ups- so you maybe training the back- but until you get on the bar and go through the motions- it's just NOT the same!!  Keep working at it- you'll be doing sets of 5 in no time!
