I just bought the rebel strength training guide and am going to beat the hell out of my body,well metaphorically. I've done crap loads of cardio, but never so much strength training. I'm going to be fit as hell. WHOOOOOOO!!!!! The first thing i'm going to do is the six week challenge starting monday april 11.
