Hello everyone from sunny california-south side that is

I've been a reader of nerd fitness for a while now and i haven't joined the community, but here i am today. I just bought the rebel strength training guide and am going to beat the hell out of my body,well metaphorically.

I've done crap loads of cardio, but never so much strength training. I'm going to be fit as hell. WHOOOOOOO!!!!! The first thing i'm going to do is the six week challenge starting monday april 11. Hope to make new friends and get fit with you guys.

Stats-

5-8and a half feet tall

155 lbs

15-18 percent body fat more or less
