I DID A CHIN UP!

Congratulations!!  That's an awesome job.  I'm looking to get back to being able to do chin ups as well.  My first year of college I would do three sets of ten as a warmup, and now I'm basically starting from scratch too.  I know how difficult they can be to get!

Oh HELLS yes!! Congrats girl! I'm working my way there too, really low upper body strength so hoping I can do a pull up or chin up at some point! practice AMIRITE!

YES, practice! I think it's one of those things that can be a little discouraging, because it's hard to see linear progression at first... but then one day you realize, holy crap, I can pull my whole body up by the hands! And it's super cool.
