What's going on?

My name is Jonathan Fernandes and I'm glad to finally join the community. I first introduced to Nerd Fitness a while back when a friend of mine had sent me a link to Steve's travel hacking article (which I read numerous times).

 

I've been part of the fitness world for a long time, did a lot of martial arts growing up and got into weightlifting sometime in high school.

 

It wasn't until college I started to get into the science of it all when I bumped into Lyle McDonald's website.

 

Fast forward to now and I've pretty much went beyond the world of just nutrition and physiology. Psychology, social dynamics and anything human nature is really interesting to me and I feel fitness is only a small part of the whole equation to living a high quailty fullfilling life.

I had started up a blog a year ago that you all can check out.

How did you all find Nerd Fitness in the first place?
