Are Gold's Gym brand Kettleballs any good?

Recommended Posts

I am also a Dragon Door fan but I also have a few other brands too. If you like it and it feels right I say go for it. As for anything under 35 being for women and children I call BS. Yes the standard for beginning men is 35lbs if you are following the RKC style however its better to learn with a lighter weight and move up. Plus you might not even like kettlebell training so you will save money on a lighter one for now.

I agree above: considering we are part of a site that advocates training with uneven rocks and sandbags, I think as long as they are solid bells, you're fine. I just built a T-Bar the other day, myself, and so far so good (and that is DEFINITELY a bit sketchier than those bells).
