csnerd Posted May 8, 2013 Report Share Posted May 8, 2013 Hi, I found the nerd fitness site just over a week ago now and decided I'd give the rebellion a try. I'm trying to get in shape and loose weight. I've already been working at it for about 2 months and I'm down about 20lbs. I'm currently eating about a 95% paleo diet, and working out daily. My main issue is that I am currently in physical therapy as I broke both legs 6 months back and can't do everything I want to exercise wise yet. Link to comment

csnerd Posted May 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 8, 2013 As to what kind of nerd I am, I am currently a Phd student in computer science. So far there are things I can do, like split squats, lunges, walking on the treadmill at an incline, ect. I'd much rather be able to at least run outside. I bought the zombies run! app a while ago and can't wait to be able to use it again. Link to comment
