Fenshire's EPIC woot thread!

Thanks guys!  From here I'm going to refocus on dropping my bodyfat down to 14%.  During training, it was fluctuating between 20 and 22%.  Now that I no longer have an excuse to randomly binge eat, I'm cleaning up my diet, getting back on intermittent fasting, and moving some weights again!  At least, until I start training again for the OKC marathon in April.  :)
