Ready, Set and Go

Hello everyone,

 

I am new to this board and hoping to make this my new home.  I had been on boards before, but I am not too interested in buying things, so didn't last there.  I am seeking those alike me that are looking to change their lives and lifestyle.  I have lost over 80 lbs and am looking to transform over 40 more lbs to muscle.

 

I quit smoking a few weeks ago, and beginning snorkel and scuba soon, so making changes with and for the better, I am will on my way.

 

Thanks for reading and please feel free to leave word if you'd like.  If  you are one that hasn't anything nice to say, please just omit the idea for leaving a message.  As I would like to have others come here and maybe make their stories visible.

Congrats on giving up smoking! Certainly sounds to me like a step in the right direction.

What are you doing specifically to work on that muscle-building goal?
