Hello from Taiwan!

Hi, I'm an Asian male from Taiwan (5foot "9  160 pounds) and Im currently looking towards these 3 goals:

1.
Doing M100s under 3 minutes (best so far is 3:19 ; plateauing at 3:30 for 2 weeks already) 

 

2.
Getting body fat % down to 19% (currently at 22%) 

 

3.
Getting back my 32" waistline (currently at 34")

 

Currently on day 2 of my sub-Paleo diet (i cut down rice from one bowl to half a bowl )  

 

I'm a gamer guy who loves mecha (Nearly anything in super robot wars) and lives a very sedentary lifestyle 

 

Hope I can find support here becuase im kinda like a loner type of person aka introvert

Hey~ Nice seeing ya here! You got them goals and the Mecha Power to achieve them! Aw man now I'm reminded of the Gundam series, such good memories...

 

ANYWHO I GOT YOUR BACK BRO. I would throw mecha themed confetti but they're kinda made of metal and would prolly blind people. So have a complementary CLAW OF JUSTICE. With such high fives of victory will be at least ten times more awesome :3

Thanks guys, I have never had any experience tweaking and optimizing my body until now , paleo diet is coming along nicely

 

still cheating a meal or two, i take it slowly but steady after reading the nerd newbie fitness mistakes guide  :)
