Hey, I'm John. Just found this site a few weeks ago, and I've been reading the blog. I'm stoked to find a community like this, as I'm about to move to ny, and the blog has been very helpful in preparing me for the move. I'd like to find some chums in the long Island area, and we could help each other out or play some ball.

My girlfriend and I are moving in mid June. I made my health changes in January, and I've never felt better. I've been helping my friends and colleagues make changes too, and having those friends helped a lot with my success thus far. I've still got a ways to go, so I'll need someone to shoot hoops with our something. I've mostly been doing Fit deck, but i wanna get down on some strength training.
