Fergamusprime Posted May 26, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 26, 2013 Hey! Well I guess I should post a wee bit about myself!I'm Fergal, 24 years aul. Hittin it up in Northern Ireland. Obsessed with fitness in all but mainly strongman and crossfit! Used to be overweight @ 18 stone and dropped to a low 11 stone, fell into sickness and got my eyes opened! Appendix burst and stuff hit the fan. Realised life was too short and one small slip can change it all. Bullied for years, obsessed with batman and used the motivation to get in shape! 6 years of JKD martial arts, 4 of mma and 4 years of crossfit .Now a personal trainer trying to help people out of the same situation! Currently going to follow crossfit football for the next 6 months of training, alongside some gymnastics! Very nervous about attempting this... But I'm looking forward to it at the same time. I was doing athletics but it didn't work out for me.Going to study a degree in biomedical science (told you I was a nerd lol). Enjoy games a little too much, minecraft ruins my life, and I love doctor who! So hello Link to comment
