I guess you could call it starting again?

Hello everyone! Well, recently I've been trying to take off ten pounds a month, but summer break just started and all I've been doing really is playing video games and being on the computer. I haven't weighed for this month yet, but just by looking I can tell I have made little to no progress, and I think part of me will die if I ended up going backwards. The last weight-related forums I went to were directed more towards adult females, and while I am a girl, I'm not even 20 yet! So hopefully this place is more interesting.

welcome to the group.  there are a bunch of friendly people here.  there is a 6-week challenge ending this week and then a new 1 will be starting up.  whatever you want to get into: paleo diet, vegetarian, calorie counter,  strength training, DIY gym stuff, cardio setup, ect; it is here in all different forums.
