2 minute plank achieved!

Awesome! If I may suggest things to get that minute down I assure you that proper breathing is key! Exhaling feels as if it makes things harder but that oxygen is going to help you later on. Make sure you release your inner demon of stubbornness too! Accept the pain and give the exercise the red face and you'll have the minute down in no time!:D
