She has told me about this place. So I figure, what the heck, I will try it out. So here I am. I am 334 pounds, and my goal is 160. Need to loose a whole person. Yea. Started Hip Hop Abs and I plan on getting a different program. I also plan on walking everyday, either walking on the trail, or walk away the pounds on rainy days. Link to comment

It sounds fun.Walking is really a great way to start a fitness habit. I am a fan of the idea that the first step is just lacing up your walking shoes and walking through the for.
