Just in time for the six week challenge! I am making a commitment to getting healthy, but having friends around to motivate you is always good. So here I am! Twenty eight, from the midwest, and ready for some Nerdy Fitnessy action.I've done yoga for years, but quite two years ago and lost all my flexibility. I run... slowly. I have four more races this year and have done two. I am trying to focus on my running, but I really need to work on my muscle tone, too... I really hate introductions... so what else should I say?
