Mr. Ten Below Posted May 7, 2011 Report Share Posted May 7, 2011 I just completed my first week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday) of bodyweight workouts! I've been pretty sedentary for the past few years, so I decided that this is the month I finally get it right. Anyway, this is my first post here. I haven't told anyone what I'm doing yet, but I had to say something to someone since I'm feeling all accomplished, along with wobbly and sore. My hope is that the wobbly feeling will get smaller and the accomplished feeling will get bigger. Quote Link to comment
