Finally got my ass off the couch

Careful man, move enough and you'll get them endorphins pumping. Thems feel good. Next thing you know, you're hooked. Addicted. Walking is just a gateway. Next thing you know you'll be running, jumping, lifting. The rabbit hole goes deep!

Good for you, man! I did the same thing on Tuesday, and started the Stronglift 5x5 workout plan. Yesterday was day 2, tomorrow is day 3, and so far, so good. Keep going for walks, you'll be surprised how quickly it becomes a thing you "have" to do, as opposed to a thing you do because you know you should.
