Rocker3722 Posted June 10, 2013 Report Share Posted June 10, 2013 Hi, well this is kind of a late intro cuz Ive been here a week (i think) but here it goes...Im 20 and a guy. Im 5' 8.25" and 125 lbs so not under weight but still pretty skinny. Ive been away from regular exercise for 2 years and looking to increase my overall fitness with a focus on strength training and cardio. Im kind of on the Paleo diet, about 70 percent but even that is enough for me to see and feel the difference. As far as looks go Im trying to increase my chest size but of course I want balance so Im hitting as many muscles as I can and I dont want to be huge.
