Hello Everybody Who Reads This

Hi, well this is kind of a late intro cuz Ive been here a week (i think) but here it goes...Im 20 and a guy. Im 5' 8.25" and 125 lbs so not under weight but still pretty skinny. Ive been away from regular exercise for 2 years and looking to increase my overall fitness with a focus on strength training and cardio. Im kind of on the Paleo diet, about 70 percent but even that is enough for me to see and feel the difference. As far as looks go Im trying to increase my chest size but of course I want balance so Im hitting as many muscles as I can and I dont want to be huge. Hence strength and not as much endurance but still some. Let me know if you have any questions or wanna talk about cats lol.
