Read through the site, I'm in..

Very impressed by the information and the style presented at this site.  I signed into the six week challenge to transform from Ogre back to Warrior.  Biggest obstacles right now are diet and workout intensity and interval.  My goal is to adopt the Paleo eating lifestyle and interval train 3 times a week and cardio the  other 4.  Let see how this plays out.
