Just purchased the Rebel's strength building guide and am looking forward to trying to shed a bit of fat and build my muscles up! My goals are gaining strength to bust out some awesome acrobatic gymnastic type moves that I love to play with, become healthier and of course the dream of the flat stomach. Link to comment
