crossfit and cycling for more energy

After working for 9 months, 6 days a week, 10 hours a day at a computer I was tragically unfit. I had little to no energy during the day and was running on fumes most days by 5pm. I finally got fed up with being lethargic and started doing crossfit in March. My first intro lasted 4 minutes and left me feeling completely destroyed. I kept coming back for more and now I'm regularly there 3 days a week and finishing the WOD. I'm getting back on my bike and starting to combine biking and crossfit. Joined the rebellion to stay motivated and keep moving in the right direction.
