I live on the East Coast, sing opera, teach little kids during the school year, love a good joke, spend a litttttle too much time on imgur every day, and am a happy child of summertime. Hi!!!! princessoperapants Posted June 17, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 17, 2013 I guess I should also put all of this out there- 5'8"197.3 lbs14 in neck41 in bust37 in waist44 in hips I've always been big....my issue for a long time was a true addiction to food, I would eat constantly, snack all night, sneak food from the pantry when my parents were asleep. I was not active as a child, and it just worked itself out from there. I went to college and was pretty active, but ate like crap constantly. Now, I don't eat nearly as poorly, but any high caloric intake immediately causes me to expand in the abdomen/hip/arm areas. I'm excited to start eating Paleo, and more excited to start doing the awesome workouts from NerdFitness. I'm a wimp when it comes to forcing myself to exercise, and a MAJOR excuse-maker, so I'm hoping to find some serious inspiration from these message boards. Link to comment

Cutting wheat out of my diet has done wonders to cut down on my portion sizes and snacking. I'm sure you will find the Paleo diet helpful. Good Luck!
