Guest Aidenslayer Posted June 18, 2013 Report Share Posted June 18, 2013 Hi My name is Aiden and I'm wondering if a 13 year old is doing to much fitness as what I'm doing.here is my schedule: Monday- 1hr bike on hard courses mostly uphillTuesday- 30 sit-ups 3 reps and 10 push up 3 repsWednesday- AFL training 1hr and a halfThursday- 1hr bike on hard courses mostly uphillFriday- AFL training 1hr and a halfSaturday- rest but maybe 30mins sprint bikeSunday- AFL game for a 1hr I eat healthy and at AFL training we push ourselves to the max.Can some one please answer and tell me if I'm doing to much.
