I'm wondering if I'm doing to much

Hi

 

My name is Aiden and I'm wondering if a 13 year old is doing to much fitness as what I'm doing.

here is my schedule:

 

Monday- 1hr bike on hard courses mostly uphill

Tuesday- 30 sit-ups 3 reps and 10 push up 3 reps

Wednesday- AFL training 1hr and a half

Thursday- 1hr bike on hard courses mostly uphill

Friday- AFL training 1hr and a half

Saturday- rest but maybe 30mins sprint bike

Sunday- AFL game for a 1hr

 

I eat healthy and at AFL training we push ourselves to the max.

Can some one please answer and tell me if I'm doing to much.
